Streamline Your Workflow with Real-Time Project Notifications

We’ve placed a central hub for all critical project and communication updates right where you expect it, at the top right of your screen.

Look for the new notification bell in the upper right of your web app and mobile web app screens. Whenever you have unread updates waiting for your attention, an eye-catching 🟣 purple badge will display your exact unread notification count. Click the bell at any time to open your dropdown notification tray without ever leaving the page you’re currently working on.

You’ll now receive instant notifications for:

Email Communications

• New Project Email: Stay on top of incoming customer, adjuster, or vendor emails linked to your projects.

Team Messaging with Jet Streams

• New Jet Stream: Get notified immediately when a new team chat is kicked off.
• New Jet Stream Reply: Know the exact moment someone responds to a Jet Stream thread you’re part of.

Task and Action Items

• New Task Assigned: See right away when a new action item is placed on your plate.
• Task Updated: Track changes or progress on ongoing tasks.
• Task Completed: Get peace of mind when team members wrap up assigned work.
• Task Deleted: Stay informed if a task is removed or canceled.

Scannable Info Built for Quick Action

Every notification in your tray is formatted to give you full context at a glance so you can make decisions fast:

• Clear Title & Type Icon: Easily distinguish between emails, tasks, and Jet Streams with intuitive visual icons.
• Supporting Details: Read preview text of messages or task names directly inside the tray.
• Project Link: Connected project numbers and account names (like MN-2021 | Hilton Hotels Inc.) are clearly highlighted so you know exactly which job requires attention.
• Time Sensitivity: Today’s alerts show exact timestamps (e.g., 9:38 AM), while older updates clearly display the date (Jul 30, Jul 17) so you can prioritize urgent items first.

You can click on that notification to be taken right to the related page of that specific notification. 

Complete Control Over Your Notifications Tray

We know a notification tool is only as good as your ability to manage it. We’ve built powerful, simple inline controls so you can clear out the noise or save items for later:

• Mark as Read / Unread: Hover over any item to toggle its status to read or unread. Unread items feature a 🟣 purple dot for high visibility.
• Individual Delete: Trash specific notifications as soon as you’ve taken action on them.
• Bulk Controls: Clean up your entire tray in a single click using “Mark all as read” at the top right of the notificaiton center or “Delete all” at the bottom left.
